Flu Vaccine Now Available

Baylor Occupational and Family Health Center at Texas Instruments is pleased to announce that flu shots are available for immediate distribution. Appointments are not necessary. You may walk in anytime for your flu shot during the following hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

From the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website: Everyone 6 months of age and older should get a yearly flu vaccine. Ample supplies of influenza vaccine (flu shots) are now available. It takes about two weeks after vaccination for your body to develop an immune response. Get vaccinated now so that you will be protected when flu season begins. In the United States, flu season usually begins in October and can last until May.
